Ups & downs:
At the beginning level, most of us face problem in adjusting at the right place so better experience both backstage and front liner as most of us never understand the best suited options for ourselves during the entrant level and ended up somewhere we don’t enjoy doing so and that affects the excel process or growth of an individual. The other thing is the motivation and in recent years there is a demand for Selfmotivators since the market is very competitive and expectations from an individual has gown high.

Toyota is the leader in both Passenger Car and Commercial vehicle segments in Pakistan, following two organizations are representing Toyota:
1. Indus Motor Co. (Leader in Passenger Car segment)
2. Hinopak Motors (Leader in Commercial vehicle segment)

Advises as per my own experience:
- Plan for the industry of interest (Auto‐mobile etc)
- Choose the best option (Indus Motor Co. etc)
- Experience with maximum potential (Backstage e.g. Planning or Front‐liner e.g. Executor etc)
- Select the best suited area of interest (Interaction based e.g. Sales etc)
- Analyze your career growth: (Same Place with Rotation or Change Place with desired position)
- Go for the second best option (Place: Hinopak Motors etc Position: Sales etc)
