You must fill up the form to request for the card which will be delivered to you on your mailing addresses anywhere in Pakistan. Residents outside Pakistan can authorize someone in the country to collect the card on their behalf.
Once your information is received you will receive the card for free*.

Procedure for Duplicate IBA Lifetime Alumni Card
In case of theft/loss, a fee of PKR 1000 will be charged for re-issuance/duplicate of the Lifetime IBA Alumni card.
