February 16, 2023: The Alumni Affairs Department hosted its session of the series called ‘Mentorship Program - Transforming Leaders”. The session was attended by a large number of alumni.
Insightful points were raised by the guest speaker Mr. Salman Ahmed – Country Chairman & Senior Partner – McKinsey & Company . Salman welcomed questions from the audience and said that presently people are anxious and concerned about the paradoxical nature of the global economy and the economic condition of Pakistan. He emphasized the importance of positive attitude, focus and responsibility of the citizens in the critical phase that our country is going through. He emphasized the importance of excellence in everything that we do, referring to the phrase Taraqi o Kamal in the national anthem. He also spoke about the importance of creating value in the organization.
The audience asked a number of questions during the session and found it to be extremely useful. The alumni affairs department will be arranging such mentorship sessions almost every month with different speakers.
