The joint chapters of the IBA Alumni Club of KSA and Bahrain, recently inaugurated the "Pakistan-KSA Corporate Connect 1. Infinity series, a beacon for seminal seminars and networking events. The event theme was built around how Pakistan can capitalize on Saudi Arabia's ascendancy as a global powerhouse, through its expanding influence in the spheres of Global Finance, Trade, Culture, Sports, Recreation, and Tourism.
The distinguished H.E. Ahmad Farooq, Ambassador of Pakistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, graced the event as the Chief Guest, lending further gravitas to the occasion.
Hosted within the stately confines of the Embassy of Pakistan in Riyadh, the event drew a constellation of corporate luminaries from across KSA, Bahrain, UAE, and Pakistan. The assembly of notable participants included Mr. Danish Elahi, CEO, Elahi Group of Companies, Mr. Shariq Rehman, Founding Member and Corporate Finance Director, ACWA Power, Mr. Mohammed Sohail, Luminary Alumni Representative, Board of Governors, Arsalan Nayyar, President, IBA Alumni Club of KSA & Bahrain, Vice President, IBA Alumni Club of KSA & Bahrain. Ambassador Farooq emphasized the need for robust training programs in KSA's evolving business landscape. He endorsed IBA's Center for Executive Education, highlighting its potential to address this need, particularly for the substantial expatriate community. Beyond secondary education, he envisioned IBA playing a unique role in bridging the educational gap and facilitating the integration of its graduates into Saudi Arabia's expanding white-collar sector.
