Pushing boundaries, Redefining success

Interview Panel 2012

This year more than 20 alumni from as far back as the batch of 1971 to 2003 took part in finding the right students for IBA. Candidates who successfully passed the IBA Aptitude test for the year 2012 were interviewed by a panel consisting of one alumus and one faculty member. The interviews were conducted from July 16-20 and stretched throughout the day. More than 500 prospective students were interviewed. It turned out that the exercise was not only fruitful one for IBA but also an illuminating experience from alumni’s perspective. Some of the alumni enjoyed the session so much that they opted to come the next day for the interviews. Here’s what some of them had to say afterwards.

The quality of responses was surprising better today and I believe that most of the applicants had the capabilities to surface as business leaders, if their talent is blended with IBA’s innovative methods of teaching. It was a wonderful experience for me and it provided me with a unique chance to witness the inspiration and determination of the new entrants.
