First year try to get to know people – second year is where your performance will be monitored – third year you will be either labelled as a good worker or an average worker. Fourth Year is where you will be rewarded based on your performance and you should be able to get a decent designation.
Q. What pre requisite courses need to taken to help students to enter this career path? (Courses/ certifications that help in this field)
No courses – just be good in socializing with people and know current state of affairs and say things to impress people and have travelled the world and have interesting stories to tell.

University matters and if you play golf or do something that is common with them is a plus point – therefore it is important to have extra curricular activities.

Till you get at the age of 30 – spend maximum time at office – not by doing work only but also spending after office hours with office colleagues and parties etc.
