Tough early years with postings to remote areas of Pakistan for a rich and educating experience.

Everyone starts off in the field gaining crucial sales and field exposure. It is better to get this experience early on as it helps grow smoother in the company. The better the performance in the field the quicker the person progresses to marketing related assignments at the head office. Initial two promotions are anniversary and then onwards it’s all performance or position based.
Q. What pre requisite courses need to taken to help students to enter this career path? (Courses/ certifications that help in this field)
Rural marketing, sales force management. Other than these it is mostly experience based as the market is a special one and one can only learn more once one interacts with the market.
Q. Do employers have a preference for certain individuals? (CGPA or a specialized Bachelors or masters requirement)
No specific preference but having an MBA is a bonus.
