IBA Alumnus appointed as the CEO of Reckitt Benckiser (RB)
January 27, 2020: The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi congratulates its Alumnus of MBA Class of 2000, Mr. Kashan Hasan for being appointed as the CEO of Reckitt Benckiser (RB) Pakistan Limited.
Mr. Hassan has been associated with RB for the last 12 years, serving in various successful leadership roles across the globe in Pakistan, UK, South Africa, Egypt and the Middle East.
He has experience of over 18 years of leadership and management across various industries including consumer goods, consumer durables, consumer health, hygiene, home, food and confectionary. As a sales and marketing professional, he has a diverse experience in sales, trade marketing, key account management, and customer and consumer marketing.
The IBA Karachi wishes him all the best for his new role.
IBA Alumnus appointed as the MD and Chief Executive of Jubilee General Insurance Company Limited
January 27, 2020: The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi congratulates our Alumnus of MBA Class of 1997, Mr. Hassan Khan for being appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive of Jubilee General Insurance Company Limited.
Mr. Hassan Khan is an experienced financial services professional with over 21 years of successful track record in key leadership roles at top financial institutions of the country including: Jubilee General Insurance, HBL Bank, Magnus Investment Advisors, Central Depository Company (CDC), JS Investments and Atlas Group.
He has attained broad based experience encompassing investments/portfolio management, strategy formulation and delivery, product development and management, business development and operations.

IBA Alumnus appointed as the CEO of Unilever Pakistan
January 21, 2020: The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi congratulates our Alumnus of MBA Class of 1996, Mr. Amir Paracha for being appointed as the Chairman and CEO of Unilever Pakistan. His appointment will be in effect from February 1, 2020.
Mr. Paracha is currently the Vice President for Customer Development and Sales at Unilever Pakistan. He joined the organization in 2000, after starting his career in the oil and gas sector. Over the past twenty years at Unilever, Mr. Paracha has been instrumental in reshaping sales and marketing across Pakistan as well as in the North Africa and Middle East business.

November 27, 2019: The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi congratulates our Alumna of Class 1976, Ms. Roohi Raees Khan for being unanimously elected as the Chairperson, Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited by its Board of Directors.
Ms. Khan has over 35 years of exposure in the financial sector having served on the Boards of Leasing, Housing and Banking. She has also served at senior management level in various organizations as Group Head, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Khan has also served as the Acting President of the Zarai Taraqiati Bank during 2011 and 2012.

October 24, 2019: Team IBA Karachi would like to congratulate IBA Alumnus of MBA Class 2000, Mr. Fahad Muhammad Ashraf for being appointed as the General Manager for the Pakistan and Afghanistan region at the Coca-Cola Company. He has joined the company from Reckitt Benckiser where his recent assignment was of the Chief Executive and GM Health for Pakistan and Afghanistan region. We wish him best of luck for his future endeavors.
IBA Alumnus, Mr. Zafar Masud ( MBA Class of 1993) has been appointed as the President and CEO of the Bank of Punjab
Mr. Masud has served at top positions at international banks in Pakistan and abroad. He has extensive experience of working at the Board of Directors level including State Bank of Pakistan, Monetary Policy Committee, Barclays Bank Southern Africa and National Bank of Pakistan.
