Volunteer - Student Development Program

IBA Alumni Department in collaboration with Career Development Centre organizes a 2-day Student Development Program at the time of student’s intake which is specifically aimed at ameliorating the communication skills of IBA students.

One of the observations obtained from the employers pinpointed the need of improving the soft skills of the IBA students. For this purpose, we would want you to work with these young minds as their advisors and help them develop their listening, oral, team work, leadership, decision making skills and inculcate work and personal ethics for their personal and professional benefits.

Based on our feedback, we categorize students in terms of their weaknesses and conduct non-credit courses, seminars and workshops on above mentioned skills. Before graduation, we again invite the alumni advisors who access the students on their communication skills. This time we share data with the students and the advisors and let them see how much the student have improved in these personal skills over the course of their study.
