Formation of Patrons Committee

As part of our initiatives to grow the image of the brand IBA in UAE and find ways as to how can we further channelize efforts to grow awareness about IBA in UAE as well as to find opportunities to contribute further to our Alma Mater, we had identified a few of our senior IBA Alumni as our patrons in UAE for which this event was held. In view of the same, we had meetings with H.E. the Ambassador of Islamic Republic of Pakistan to UAE, Mr. Jamil Ahmed Khan and had requested him to become the Patron-in-Chief to help us project our cause here in UAE and also informed him the value which our senior IBA Alumni can bring strategically to serve Pakistan in addition to the cause of IBA as has been communicated in the past by Dr. Ishrat Husain.

Support UNICEF for flood relief in Pakistan, Mar 04, 2010

The event was called Pakistan Appeal Gala Benefit and it was hosted at the Armani Hotel by Quintessentially on Friday, March 04 to support UNICEF's early recovery and rehabilitation works in the disaster struck areas of Pakistan

Networking event by inviting IBA Alumni in Dubai on behalf of Mr. Waqar Hassan Siddique

It was an event where IBA Alumni had the opportunity to network with Alumni from other prestigious universities such as Wharton Business School, Oxford University and MIT. The event was a great success as the turnout of IBA Alumni was the highest compared to the alumni of other business schools
