Remember the time when after passing a gruesome aptitude test you were subjected to a rigorous interview. All those prying eyes of interviewees trying to test you on your abilities and check for any sign of weakness indeed give you a good laugh today. We did all this to get the best out of the best. And tradition still exists and is practiced.

What has changed is that instead of being interviewed we are inviting you to become a part of the interview panel during the admission process. You exactly know what we look for in a candidate and with your industry experience you help us find the right crowd for IBA.
