First Pakistani
Student (IBA Alumna) to Speak at the Johns Hopkins
University’s Business School’s Graduation Ceremony

On August 2, 2018, United States’ Johns Hopkins
University held its graduation ceremony and on this
auspicious occasion our very own IBA Alumna, Ms. Sarah
Khan, was invited as the first Pakistan student to
deliver the graduation speech at Carey’s Business School
from which she herself graduated with an astounding CGPA
of 3.8.
Ms. Khan is an IBA Alumna of BBA Class of 2013. She was
recently selected for the Fulbright Scholarship and
accepted Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business
School to pursue her Master’s Degree (MS) in Marketing.
Selected as one of the 8 Fulbright scholars for Amizade
Community Service Project in Williamson, West Virginia,
she explored developmental opportunities in the
coal-mining area and worked on a documentary. - Ary News
She is also affiliated with the Women in Business
Organization, National Society of Leadership and Honor
Council of her university. As the Vice President of WBO,
she organized the 6th Annual JHU Women Leadership
Conference and conducted a workshop on “Salary
Negotiation for Women.”

congratulate Ms. Khan for representing at such an
esteemed ceremony and we wish her all the best for her
future aspirations.
